We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your timely communication is appreciated as we respect the time of our clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.

Each new service requires completion of a consent form. Upon booking, you will receive all intake forms via email. If you have not filled them out beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to relax and enjoy a refreshment. Any additional arrival instructions for your service will be communicated to you in advance!

Please note, a 2.4% surcharge applies to payments made via credit or debit card.

To secure your appointment with Jolie, we require a $50 deposit for all bookings. This deposit is due at the time of scheduling and will be applied towards the cost of your service. Additionally, a valid credit card must be kept on file to comply with our cancellation policy. This information is used solely for administrative purposes related to managing bookings and cancellations. If you have any questions or need further clarification about how the deposit works or our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Jolie implements a $20 fee for in-house weight loss injections administered by our nurses. This fee covers the time, care, and expertise provided by our team. For those who choose to take their injections home, no fee will be applied.

If you're running late, no worries! We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $50 no-show fee will be enforced to cover the provider's time. This helps us stay on schedule and deliver the best care for all our clients. We understand that life gets busy! If you can't make it, please let us know in advance to avoid fees & help us accommodate others!
